01 Understanding the challenge

Every project starts with understanding the business, the brand and the objective. Sometimes this includes a deeper brand audit — analysing positioning, communication, visual identity and existing materials. Other times the challenge is already clear, and we move directly to defining the right creative direction.

Based on the objective, I define the most effective direction and outline a clear plan. This may involve brand transformation, refining positioning, developing key brand materials or structuring the overall creative strategy.

03 Building the right team

Every project requires the right structure. Sometimes this means assembling a curated team of specialists — designers, filmmakers, strategists, producers and digital experts. In other cases, I work closely with the client's existing team, helping guide the creative process and strengthen the outcome.

04 Creative direction

I define the creative direction and oversee the process to ensure every element stays aligned with the strategy and the overall brand vision.

05 Execution

From defining the direction to final delivery, I supervise the process to ensure the result is consistent, refined and aligned with the business objectives.
